Andrew Adams’s Memorable Moments

In his ten years of photographing weddings Canada based Andrew has grown to favor Indian weddings for their rich colors, beautiful details and significant customs. Moreover, the warm heartfelt emotions tie in perfectly well with Andrew’s unique style of Photography. Many of Andrew’s clients are Non-Resident-Indians (NRI’s). Here are photographs from the wedding of London-based Simone and George whose wedding was held in Cochin, Kerala. Says Andrews: “Since Simone works in the travel industry she was able to put together an amazing travel package for her guests who wished to stay on after the wedding. The tour included a trip to Thrissur during the Annual Pooram Festival, and Andrew was thrilled to be invited for the ride and take advantage of an excellent Photo op. At this festival, 30 tuskers adorned with exquisite gold decorations line up accompanied with more than 500 orchestra artists—and there is a magnificent display of color, music and grandeur!

The other photographs are from the Wedding of Tina and Ashok whose beautiful ceremony and reception was held at the Leela Palace in Bangalore. Recently, Andrew launched a new website to showcase his passion for South Asian Culture– Katha Images (Katha- an Indian style of storytelling). Andrew plans to spend a lot of time in India in the years ahead, and he will be in India again this winter. He will also be available for a few limited weddings while here, so if you would like to know more his work, and inquire about his availability please visit his website www.kathaimages.com
