A proposal that was marked by love and luxury (and a little laziness)

Lake Como is firmly on the wedding map this year and there are very few ways a trip there can be made even more sublime, but Sohil managed. He and his ladylove Nayha squeezed in a quick escape to Italy and what transpired there would change their lives. The bride tells us all about it.
How We Met
“Our paths crossed at work, in the wedding circuit. I was at Kleinfeld Bridal (where the famous Say Yes To The Dress show takes place) and would often crib that in a workplace dominated by women, I’d NEVER meet a guy. I was right. But also wrong.
There wasn’t a man on the team but I was introduced to Sohil at work. I’m on the buying team and Sohil comes to the store every month to showcase his collection at the Kleinfeld Bridal trunk show. All my co-workers would tease us saying that we should date! I guess it helped to work with girls!”
Proposal
“Sohil was going to be in London to debut his new bridal collection at London Bridal Fashion Week and I tagged along. Since we were flying all the way there, we decided to extend the vacation for a few days after the show and go to Lake Como where Sohil had a surprise planned.
I was unwilling to leave the hotel. I had my mind set on lounging around and making the most of their beautiful pool but Sohil was insisting we go tour a villa in Bellagio. I just kept refusing and I had no idea I was ruining and delaying the perfect day he had planned for us!
After a ton of convincing, he finally got me to budge. At the gorgeous villa, he asked me to marry him and I was taken by surprise. I had not the slightest clue that he was going to be pulling this off. He even hired a photographer to capture the proposal. The setting was perfect and the moment was beyond beautiful! I was crying and so was the photographer! This truly was amazing.”
