"To
make the most of aromatherapy, it is necessary to live by the laws of nature",
says Aromatherapy expert Blossom Kocchar. Perfect skin requires a sensible
diet, plenty of water, adequate sleep, moderate exercise and a calm disposition.
Aromatherapy
products that you should use for your skin care regime would depend on your
skin type.
