Saturday 26th July 2003,
For the wedding Dharmesh wore a
sherwani from Telon, Warden Road and I wore a Panetar and Garchola from Deepsons,
Ahmedabad. The saree was draped by my aunt, the well-known saree drapist Kalpana Shah and
my make-up was done by Bharat and Dorris Godambe. I got my Bangles and Bindi from Vaishali
(Chandralok shopping center).

The lunch menu
included Spinach & Ricotta Cheese Tarts with Parmesan Cheese and Sundry Tomatoes,
Broccoli Croutons, Toasted Nuts, Sun dried Tomatoes, Subz Miloni (seasonal vegetables with
creamed spinach), Baked Marinated Cauliflower, Dal Makhani, Naan, Roti and Pudina
Parantha, Penne Pasta with Arrabbiata Sauce, Cilantro and lime marinated grilled cottage
cheese steaks with saffron cream sauce. The desserts included a range of ice creams and
assorted cakes and pastries. Pannacotta with Raspberry Coulee and Kesari Peda.

Dharmesh wore a Hugo Boss
Tuxedo and I wore a self-designed Ghagra Choli specially embroidered from Calcutta. Over
900 guests attended the function.
