A Big Month for Hollywood Weddings

It was a BIG month for Hollywood weddings with Callista Flockhart, Emily Blunt, Megan Fox, Carrie Underworld saying “I do”. But the biggest news was the nuptials of the very private couple, Penelope Cruz and Javier Bardem who wed in a very low-profile ceremony in the Bahamas. Penelope wore a gown by John Galliano, a longtime friend whose other famous bridal client is singer Gwen Stefani. Remember the pink dipped gown that made a big fashion statement in 2002?
Actors Emily Blunt and John Krasinski wed at the Villa D’este in Como, Italy. The British beauty wore a Marchesa Bridal custom cream chiffon sweetheart draped wedding dress with embroidered detailing. Another hottie, “Transformers” star Megan Fox married longtime boyfriend actor Brian Austin Green at the Four Seasons Hotel, Hawaii. Megan walked down the sandy aisle wearing a strapless silk chiffon gown by Armani Prive.
It was a Chantilly lace gown for the very pretty country music star Carrie Underwood who married NHL hockey player Mike Fisher at the Ritz-Carlton Lodge, Reynolds Plantation in Georgia. The former “American Idol” winner wore an elegant custom-made Chantilly lace and silk-organza wedding dress by Monique Lhuillier with a silver 40 carat diamond tiara.
