Love often finds people in the most unlikely places. Sayali, a banker, met Kirti at the music launch of a film, and they hit the right note with each other from the start and fell in love over time. When the time was right, Kirti popped the big question, and with that, the wedding celebrations commenced.
In the lead up to their wedding, the couple recently hosted their pre-wedding cocktail celebration at Kino Cottage where they made great use of the stunning outdoor spaces. The moments of the function were captured by PK Suri Worldwide Studios. The couple got WeddingSutra Favourite – VPlan Unlimited on board to help them plan the pre-wedding cocktail party decor and execute the event.
A Mumbai-based events company VPlan Unlimited transformed Sayali and Kirti’s cocktail function into an elegant and entertaining affair for their guests. Their strong understanding of a wide variety of wedding planning services and reliable network of vendors translated into a day that was truly memorable.
For this function, the team made innovative use of the outdoor spaces of the restaurant. Against the canvas of the vast blue sea, they created a setup using white and hints of brown. Large white tents dotted the area providing for cozy seating areas for the guests. Strings of bistro lights and white Chinese lanterns cast a warm glow on the decorations.
The team created a shabby chic photo booth under a large tree which included white birdcages, flowers in tall bottles, chandeliers, bright bulbs, buntings, a vintage table, wooden backdrop and a large hashtag cutout which all worked together beautifully to create the charming corner.
The path to the events space was shaded with arched twigs and branches and was illuminated using yellow lights which made the setting look like that of an enchanted forest. The picture-perfect decor put together by VPlan Unlimited added to the spirit of festivities that evening. Sayali shares, “VPlan Unlimited took care of everything from the planning to the execution. They treated us like a king and queen and made us feel so special!”
