Floral installations, organic foliage and lamps – this couple’s glam cocktail party was a floral dream come true!

Brimming with chic elements that carried a dash of glamour, Urvi Jindal and Siddharth Bhatia’s cocktail party exuded a sense of ease which ensured their loved ones enjoyed a night filled with revelries. Decorated by WeddingSutra Favorite – Interflora, this cocktail party aced in all aspects with its dreamy and creative decor.
Anuja Joshi from Interflora gives us an overview of the brief they received from the couple, “Urvi and Siddharth were keen on adorning the place with a lot of light, candles, foliage and pristine white balloons. And, since it was a cocktail party, they wanted to go all out and have five bars at the celebration. This was actually the maximum number of bar setups we’ve done for a cocktail celebration and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The overall brief for the vibe was, glam, breezy and fun!”
After precisely understanding the couple’s tastes and vision, team Interflora took charge of the reins and decided to amplify the duo’s dream with their creative insights. Explaining the concept of the cocktail party, Anuja shares, “We decided to go for a speakeasy bar concept where the play of light with textured foliage uplifted the venue. The organic wilderness of the greens created a sweet synergy with the glamorous lamps. And the bar was lit up and adorned with black velvet fabrics. The terrace area was also generously used with round tables on which the guests could enjoy drinks and treats under a starlit sky. A statement floral installation right in the centre of the pre-function area left the guests awed. And, the entrance walkway also resulted in a bout of pictures and selfies as it was a canopy of lush organic foliage styles with lamps and lights.”
Lit up by dainty gold lanterns, flanked by latticework panels, adorned with foliage paired with pristine white blooms and interspersed with white-pillared candles safely ensconced in a glass case, the party exuded a fairytale-like whimsical vibe while being surrounded by the sleek skyline of Mumbai. Adding a generous dollop of glitz was the golden stage lit up by crystal chandeliers that peeked out from the foliage-filled ceiling and tall palm trees wrapped in gold fairy lights.
