From joyful haldi hues to a night of starlit vows, this wedding was a perfect fusion of tradition and style!
Wedding Planning - Jun 9, 2025
When love finds its way across continents and decides to come home to celebrate, the result will always be magical! Such was the case with Sharvari and Sujay, an NRI couple whose story began overseas but found its most memorable chapter nestled in the warmth of an Indian celebration. Planned and designed by WeddingSutra Favorite – 7 Oceans Entertainment, this wedding was a heartfelt union of elegance, culture, and joy, with every detail curated to perfection.
Wedding Functions
Haldi
Set in a breezy garden under an airy canopy of lemon-yellow and ivory drapes, the Haldi ceremony radiated joy from every corner. Golden-hued table linens, crisp white chairs tied with bursts of red organza, and gleaming geometric centrepieces set a vibrant, yet understated tone. A standout element was the circular floral swing, wrapped in marigold garlands and suspended with cascading floral hangings. “We wanted the Haldi to feel like a burst of sunlight wrapped in tradition,” shared Shashank P Narsaria from 7 Oceans Entertainment, adding, “Yellow isn’t just a colour, it’s an emotion, and we used it to drench the morning in warmth and happiness.” Low-seated lounges, topped with vibrant red bolsters, gave guests a cosy corner to enjoy the rituals. Whimsical floral installations and fresh garlands brought freshness and serenity to the décor.

Wedding
Sharvari and Sujay’s wedding mandap was nothing short of a floral fantasy—blush pink cherry blossoms, ivory and red blooms, gold architectural details, and cascading strings of jasmine framed the sacred space. Guests were welcomed with a breathtaking entryway of bells, tassels, and dreamcatchers. “Being part of a love story that spans continents and cultures is always special. We wanted their wedding to reflect the journey they’ve taken together,” said Shashank, as he described the creative intent behind the striking blend of contemporary and traditional motifs. From Moroccan lanterns nestled in beds of red rose petals to romantic candelabras and floral chandeliers, every corner of the venue was a vignette of romance. Shashank adds, “With meticulous detailing, heartfelt aesthetics, and a seamless flow between events, Sharvari and Sujay’s wedding was a true reflection of their story—authentic, vibrant, and beautifully intimate. And at the heart of it all was the creative vision of 7 Oceans Entertainment, ensuring that every emotion found its expression via our penchant for design.”
