From Paris to Punjab- Sohan and Sacha’s Engagement Shoot in Jaipur

Fate took generations of immigration across continents to create Sacha and Sohan’s love story. Raised in the St. Jean Baptiste French community, Sacha’s great grand parents had made their way from France to Manitoba. Sohan’s father was born in Malaysia, his mother in Punjab, India and they raised him in Winnipeg.
Sacha worked for the event planner Emma Singh from Events by Emma. Sohan owns Elite Lighting. They met when they worked on several events and weddings together. Now, the couple from Winnipeg, will get married in September 2016.
The couple travelled to India for an engagement shoot as nod to Sohan’s ethnicity and Sacha’s love for vintage glamour. Inspired by their own wonderful histories, they celebrated their #ParisToPunjab journey and their cultures coming together by creating four distinct themes around the city of Jaipur.
