Very romantic and persistently alluring, Udaipur is full of picture-postcard-perfect sights – from the palaces to lakes, from the vibe on the streets to the spirit of the people. This city is a true reflection of the grandeur of Rajasthan and a walk down the streets will allow you to witness the marvels of this beautiful place.
Photography duo Preach Art loves the city and share their experience of a shooting at the grand Fategarh Palace.
“It was a one day shoot with Himani and Vandit and we split it in two sessions, early morning and evening. The reason we chose to shoot at these times otherwise known as golden hours is because of the golden soft light and the beautiful shades in the sky that add to the atmosphere. We usually choose lenses based on the couple’s chemistry and the surrounding landscape. For this particular one, we shot mostly on 24mm and 17mm lens and the results were just as what we had expected.”
“We truly admired the couple’s chemistry and the Fatehgarh palace just added more meaning to the shoot. It was an arranged marriage setup for Himani and Vandit but the two were head over heels for each other and that reflects in the pictures as well. They wanted a mix of candid and editorial look for their shoot and that is exactly what we delivered.”
