Serving tons of design inspiration with a glam mehndi and a regal wedding – this couple’s union was a spectacular celebration!

When it comes to design, unique and personalized elements work like a charm. At Malika Kamboj and Krish Tanna’s wedding, this rang true as they celebrated their love with a series of stunning events designed by WeddingSutra Favorite – Knotie Production.

Giving us an overview of the brief shared by the couple and her experience while designing the wedding, Preeti Sheth from Knotie Production shares, “At the very beginning, it was made clear to us that the couple was keen on personalized elements that were unconventional. Malika being a creative entrepreneur herself, was very hands-on in the design process and wanted to detail each and every element of her wedding festivities. Right from the wedding decor to food curation to her outfits, everything was well planned and curated as per her input.

Small details like the welcome note and the snacks bouquet along with innumerable others made the line-up of celebrations a memorable one for those in attendance.”

Kicking off the celebrations was a mehndi celebration that also doubled up as a cocktail party. Here the glamour bar was high as it followed a tropical theme with burgundy florals and a mesmerizing play of lights. With a monochrome dancefloor, exotic dancers, LED Lights and an array of interesting cocktails – this event had everyone shaking a leg!

Next in line was the regal wedding where the couple embraced traditional motifs and rich gold hues. Preeti shares, “The wedding was completely regal with ivory and gold and pink hues. With a chrome aisle, white blooms and furnishings upholstered with elegant ethnic prints – the venue looked elegant and plush. Plus, multiple floral chandeliers added to the luxurious feel. As mentioned before, Malika has an eye for details which was reflected in her kaleerein. Since she’s a social media marketing professional, her kaleerein featured icons of popular social media platforms. Another unique inclusion was the calligraphy blanket that was provided to the guests to write their personal messages which was later used during the bridal entry.”
