Every couple dreams of a unique wedding celebration – something that reflects the beauty of the world around them and inspires awe. This wedding in Qatar was nothing short of a stunner with its 500 guests. Designed and planned by WeddingSutra Favorite – Le Mariage, this union quite simply, left everyone starstruck!
Mohammad Gayad from Le Mariage gives us all the details of the royal union and the work that went into creating this innovative setup, “The ‘astral journey’ themed event was contemporary and innovative. We combined a complex architectural installation with immersive art over a space of 3000 sqm. Approximately one million stars adorned the ceiling to give the guests a celestial experience. Our couple hailed from the Qatar royal family, hence everything had to be perfect. Every element at the wedding was customized, from the architectural structure, the ceiling art installation, the furniture, the flooring, and the entrance to the bridal bouquet. Overall, orchestrating the setup took us around six days.”
Mohammad Gayad adds, “The concept of the event led us to create an opulent setup where the guests were awed from the very moment they entered the venue. As guests stepped into this celestial realm, they were greeted with an enchanting fusion of artistry and technology. Under an installation of one million stars adorning the ceiling, the space turned into an otherworldly dreamscape. A colossal metal structure sprawling across 3000 sqm was a testament to the extraordinary architectural installation symbolizing strength and unity. As the skylights faded, a meticulous design came to life, casting a spellbinding effect that accentuated the mood while enhancing the architectural spectacle.”
Ordinary was never in the picture at this union, as the team aced in every aspect. Hues of turquoise, blue and white accentuated the beauty of the decor. Dashes of gold also added to the glamor quotient as the guests enjoyed a surreal night under a million stars.
