The Ballroom is 5335sq. ft. and can hold up to 450 guest in theatre-style seating and the Crystal Room is 7392 sq. ft. can hold up to 530 guests. One can book both rooms together which makes them the perfect place for a large wedding.

JW Marriott, Pune – The Grand Ballroom
The JW Marriott Hotel, Pune is known to have one of the largest ballrooms in western India. Large weddings enjoy a combination of the Grand Ballroom and the pool deck (10000 sq. ft.). The Grand Ballroom, known as Sabha, can accommodate 1200 guests in theatre-like seating and 2500 guests when in a reception style set-up. Some of the recent popular wedding themes that have taken place at Sabha, JW Marriott Pune are Great Gatsby, Carnival, a winter and a garden theme. Also, a South Indian temple had been replicated for one of the weddings at the hotel.

Taj Chandigarh- The Ballroom
The Ballroom at the Taj Chandigarh is the first pillar less hall of the city with an additional 3000 sq. ft. of pre-function space making it ideal for a large wedding. Intricately hand-woven carpets, lace wood veneer paneling and an exquisite chandelier adorn the 4500 sq. ft. pillar less grand ballroom, providing the perfect backdrop for weddings, pre-wedding functions and social events for upto 350 guests.

The Taj Palace, New Delhi – Durbar Hall and Shahjehan Ballroom
The Durbar Ballroom is one of the Delhi’s largest venuesand has consistently been the most preferred location for hosting large weddings and pre-wedding functions consisting of more than 1000 guests. The venue is elegantly designed and its architecture is inspired by the Mughal style and features a beautifully decorated ceiling with traditional motifs and massive crystal chandeliers. This venue can take up to more than 1000 guests for a cocktail reception. The aesthetically pleasing Shahjehan Ballroom can take up to 500 guests for a cocktail reception.

ITC Kakatiya, Hyderabad – Hyder Mahal
Situated in the most picturesque part of town, ITC Kakatiya serves as the perfect venue for unforgettable weddings and luxurious celebrations in Hyderabad. Featuring column-free space with rich interiors and a pre-function area, Hyder Mahal is the perfect venue for a range of events including pre and post wedding functions, weddings, banquets and themed receptions. Taj Coromandel, Chennai – The Ballroom
Located in aprime residential area,you’d be hard pressed to find a venue as spacious and elegant as the ballroom at the Taj Coromandel in all of Chennai. The distinct qualities of the kolam (a form of painting, drawn using rice powder or chalk);symmetry, precision and complexity – are represented in the interior elements throughout the ballroom that can take 1000 people. This art form is visible in the multi-tiered, curved ceiling coves which form a repeating pattern above the banquet hall; the intricate, geometric pattern of the wall fabrics; the tall, wooden doors; and the repetitive, linear mouldingon the marble columns. The chandeliers, with their floral shapes, mimic that of floral kolams, which are considered sacred and welcoming, and are thought to bring good luck.

Taj Krishna, Hyderabad – The Grand Ballroom
The Grand Ballroom at Taj Krishna is one of the most picturesque backdrops for an elegant wedding. Featuring a grand staircase from the Ballroom’s porch that leads to the Grand Ballroom, you get the views of the beautiful landscaped lawns and the swimming pool. It’smagnificent pillar less hall featured six handcrafted chandeliers in a deep maroon and it can accommodate up to 700 guest in an auditorium style seating.

The Renaissance, Mumbai – Ballroom
The Renaissance Mumbai Convention Centre Hotel boasts of a regal expanse of an aesthetically designed pillar less ballroom, which is the largest in the city, with a ceiling height of 25 ft which can be transformed into a luxurious set-up to suit any kind of function, like an intimate get together or grand functions. The large pre-function area can also open into the lawns for an extended space.
