Sharing the brief shared by the couple and the challenges they faced while bringing the duo’s vision to life, Pradeep Chander from Marriage Colours shares, “The couple was keen on a destination wedding in Kerala. However, the weather was a challenge as the monsoon season is quite unpredictable in this part of the country. Everything was planned to be hosted indoors and both families were in favour of extravagant design concepts. So keeping the indoor venues in mind, we brainstormed and crafted a plethora of designs that were in tandem with the couple’s tastes.”

A welcome lunch kicked off the festivities which was followed by a European carnival and tikka night. The next day, an aqua blue-hued pool party mesmerized the senses with its breezy canopies. The decor of the event also included blue and teal geometric flooring, nautical symbols and matching tassels that swayed with the wind and were in perfect tandem with the pool right beside it.

In the evening the couple hosted a glitzy sangeet night where a colossal stage dominated the decor. Backed by LED lights and lit up with numerous spotlights, the stage gave everyone a clear view of the performances. Additionally, the couple was provided with a special seat adorned with florals from which the couple comfortably enjoy the performances. A dancefloor was also laid out with suspended florals for the guests to shake a leg on after the sangeet performances.

The next day, the morning started with a cheery haldi celebration. Brimming with marigolds and metallic elements like brass urlis in varying sizes, the decor was traditional yet new in design. A latticework swing also graced the venue and made for a beautiful photo-op where the guests could pose with the bride and groom.

As the sun set, everyone geared up for a high-octane baraat! The wedding decor was absolutely stunning. Elegant yet extravagant in its own unique way, the decor inspired awe with its large floral installations and backdrops with Indian motifs. The highlight, however, was the mandap as Pradeep shares, “The family was very keen on a lavish design and for the phere, we went all out! We designed a one-of-its-kind concentric stage with overhead hangings of over 50,000 feet of tuberoses that not only looked stunning but also lent an enchanting aroma to the proceedings.”
