Founder Pooja Doshi shares, “Planned as a welcome lunch and dubbed ‘Mor Aangan’, the mehendi event drew inspiration from the enchanting gardens of Vrindavan. The client envisioned a celebration that reflected the essence of Vrindavan without the inclusion of Radha-Krishna elements. Instead, we embraced the vibrant flower gardens and the graceful peacocks that characterize the region, harmonizing beautifully with the lush landscaping of Rambagh Palace. The invitations also featured peacock designs, so every detail of the planning aligned seamlessly with the decor theme from the very beginning.”

The decor burst with a lively spring palette, showcasing an array of pinks, purples, and blues, all intricately crafted. From grand installations to patterned cushions, table arrangements, and dinner settings, every element embraced the essence of the peacock, highlighting its stunning colors, elegant form, and the enchanting allure of ‘mor pankhs’.

Pooja adds, “I relished the opportunity to unleash my creativity and tailor every aspect for the clients. We crafted everything from textiles and structures to props and intricate details like flutes, matkas, napkins, and coasters, all from the ground up. Since the couple shared a connection through the show “Friends”, the bride requested that we personalize iconic quotes from the series, framing them to adorn coffee tables, consoles, and side tables throughout the venue.”
