Wedding and Event Planners visit the New Palace of Asia
Destination Weddings, Wedding Planning - Aug 7, 2013
We are just back from Macau on an invitation from Galaxy Macau, a palatial complex that is turning out to be one of the hottest venues for Destination Weddings and Social Events. With elegantly designed rooms, exquisite restaurants, and an array of entertainment amidst a beautiful tropical resort setting, the one-of-a-kind complex positions itself as a World Class venue with an Asian Heart service. They have already hosted a few Indian Weddings, and according to Samson Woo of Galaxy Macau, they are looking forward to hosting many more Indian weddings in 2013 and 2014. “It has all it takes and much more to appeal to Indian families- a dynamic range of function spaces, entertainment and shopping under one roof, idyllic spots to unwind, heartfelt hospitality, a wide variety of cuisines and a team of chefs specializing in Indian cuisine.”

Galaxy Macau includes 2,200 rooms, suites, villas across three world-class hotels- the grand opulence of Galaxy Hotel, the refined sophistication of Japan’s legenday Okura Hotels and the soothing, spa-like serenity of Banyan Tree Hotels. The complex’ wow facilities include the Grand Resort Deck with lush, tropical gardens and a white sand beach alongside the wave pool, more than 50 restaurants, cafes and lounges, two boulevards of fabulous shopping and nine-screen Cineplexes. ‘Oasis’, the lifestyle event area overlooking lush tropical gardens is an ideal venue for indoor and outdoor events. And ‘China Rouge’, the perfect venue for private soirees- all of us had the most memorable evening at this ultra-exclusive performance lounge inspired by the decadent era of old Shanghai.
