WeddingSutra’s latest edition of Style Spotting was in collaboration with ORRA Jewellery. We created mesmerizing looks for destination brides, Ruchika, Pranita, and Vrutti. The brides looked heavenly in beguiling outfits by Abhinav Mishra while makeup artist and hairstylist Kajol R Paswwan worked her magic on their faces and hair.

The Westin Mumbai Garden City served as the perfect backdrop as Team Knotty Affair by Namit and Vipul captured the destination brides in all their glory.

Summer Sophistication
It was the full bloom of a hot summer that captured bride-to-be Ruchika’s imagination. ORRA’s latest designs include work inspired by the gorgeous drama of Rose Leaves. Ruchika wore a glittery red outfit that showed off the jewelry but a pastel toned or tropical summer wedding wardrobe would also work its charm.

The large, delicate design of each leaf, arranged in a graduating pattern, works to adorn the neckline without overpowering it. The green gemstones in the centre of each leaf are a wonderful pique and a set of intricately designed bangles completed her look.

Divine Dawn Chorus
Summer brides choose the season because they want a light and breezy vibe to their celebrations. And our bride-to-be Pranita decided that her summer of love needed this design from ORRA’s Falaq collection. Meant to evoke the first pink rays of dawn in the summer, as the birds begin their chorus and the moon and stars reluctantly fade into a golden sky, this collection comprises a range of diamonds set in rose and yellow gold.

Sparkling stars are represented by scattered diamonds, fine gold elements evoke sunlight and the diamond motifs signify the moon. Pranita paired the ethereal necklace with complementing rings and bangles from the collection to add subtle glamor to the look.

Bright and Beautiful
Our third destination bride-to-be Vrutti donned a bright yellow lehenga with glittering sequins. One of the most stunning pieces from ORRA’s Falaq collection that caught her eye. The inspiration for this necklace is also drawn from the morning skies. Beautifully layered, perfect for a choli with a plunging neckline, this piece features geometrically laid out circles made of small diamonds in two strings, with two floral motifs that sit near the collarbones.

Youthful, playful and perfect for a destination wedding, Vrutti’s stack of diamond bangles added to the exotic journey, boho-luxe vibe.
