Mehndi
For the backyard bohemian Mehndi function, the bride’s sister and the maid-of-honor Simmy Jassal wore the new ruffled Devina Dress from the bride’s design label in black. Adding a broad Gucci belt and a net black and gold dupatta for a touch of tradition as well as modern charm. She finished the look with soft flowing locks and minimal jewelry.

Maiiyan
The Maiiyan ceremony carried a rustic vibe, for which the bride wore a yellow hand woven banarasi saree. The bridesmaids all made for a stunning vision in various yellow outfits from the new collection of the bride’s label. Breezy and bohemian in different shades, Candy wore the mulmul set and Simmy donned the baby-doll sharara set.

To complement the bride’s signature lehenga of her label, the bride squad donned the Classic MKJ Skirts in different colors, teamed with either a sleeveless Classic MKJ Top or matching scoop bustiers. Unique statement dupattas added a bit of individual flair and personality of each bridesmaid to their respective attires.

Civil Ceremony
For the civil ceremony, the squad dressed in white or black, to match the couple’s outfit palette. Captured against the rustic greenery, the formal aesthetic of the wedding party made for a breathtaking sight. The bride shares, “I kept their outfits simple and elegant, much like everything, due to the last minute planning. My bridesmaids wore white dresses with the Renz Cape from my collection, to have at least a little bit of MKJ on them.”
