Vrishti says, “I was delighted to come across WeddingSutra during my brother’s wedding. He would often share ideas from the blog and I had also heard great reviews about the WeddingSutra on Location experience from my friend. I took the plunge and applied to be featured - and hurray, I was selected for it!

We began by picking an outfit – a gorgeous pastel lehenga by Sabyasachi Mukherjee paired with a net dupatta that was graced with a charming border of intricate designs. The color complemented my skin tone and the detailed zardozi handloom work on the lehenga spelled royalty. I thought it suited my personality well. I accessorized with beautiful jewellery from Azva. Then makeup artist Lekha Shah chose the best products from the Lakmé Absolute range to accentuate my natural features and give me an effervescent glow! I was so comfortable and my experience with Lekha was one of the best throughout the shoot. The photographers, Namit and Vipul were so professional and helpful. They were not only patient with all of us, but also really friendly.”

Vrishti’s Look
Lekha started with applying the feather-light Lakmé Absolute Illuminating Foundation that evenly blends into the skin, and set it with the hydrating formula of Lakmé Absolute White Intense Wet and Dry Compact in Ivory Fair. To highlight the eyes, Lekha used the Lakmé Absolute Precision Eye Artist in black to create a double-winged eyeliner. She paid special attention to Vrishti’s lashes by applying a couple of coats of the Lakmé Absolute Flutter Secrets Volume Mascara. For the lips, Lekha used the Lakmé Absolute Sculpt Studio Hi-Definition Matte Lipstick in Peach Pout. Finally, her hair was styled in simple curls.
