He called her his 'bride and joy' at a wedding function and displayed the same charm as his famous father. We are referring to noted fashion designer Naeem Khan’s son Zaheen Khan who got married to the beautiful Haniya Riaz-Khan at a classy ceremony that was high on style and sophistication. His mother Ranjana Khan is a jewelry designer so everything reflected the discerning tastes of his parents, and the young couple.
Zaheen, who works as the Sales & Marketing Head at his father's company Naeem Khan Designs, and Haniya, who works as an agent for talent representation and fully integrated management company The Wall Group made for a true power couple at their private destination wedding ceremony in Miami.
The wedding was planned by the the Orlando-based Runway Events founded by Rebekkah Rosado. Famous for their skill in merging fashion and style into the wedding planning process, Runway Events has also worked with Naeem Khan on his shows so were aware of the aesthetics desired. The catering was done by Florida-based Le Basque.
This destination wedding for the New York-based couple took place in the beautiful Vizcaya Museum and Gardens in Miami. This National Historic Landmark helps preserve the estate of the agricultural industrialist John Deering and engages visitors in learning through the arts, history and environment.
The wedding décor was all about shades of white which complemented the white wedding ceremony perfectly.
Wedding Dress and Makeup
Naeem Khan designed both Zaheen and Haniya’s wedding ensembles. She wore a stunning white fish cut gown that was flared at the bottom, and beautifully embellished with white feathery white floral appliques. The gown, cut deeply from the back, was from Naeem Khan’s latest bridal collection and featured a beautiful head-to-toe veil with similar applique work. Zaheen wore a sharp white jacket with black trousers and a black bow tie. Interestingly, Naeem Khan wore a similar outfit as proud father of the groom.
For the after party, Haniya changed to a custom designed Naeem Khan gold dress, and beautiful pearl earrings set designed especially for her by her mother-in-law and jewelry designer Ranjana Khan. The makeup was done by Erika Chrysler who kept the look quite subtle and glowing which beautifully accentuated the natural features of the bride, and kept Haniya’s hair open to show off her beautiful tresses.
