The much-anticipated wedding of Jeet Adani and Diva Shah was more than just a celebration of love – it embodied their commitment to social causes close to their hearts. The son of Gautami Adani, a prominent industrialist and Chairperson of Adani Group, Jeet tied the knot with Mumbai girl Diva in a refined affair that beautifully married tradition with social responsibility. An intimate, exclusive gathering of close family and friends at their residence Shantivan and the luxurious Belvedere Golf & Country Club, the 3-day wedding was a blend of elegance, love, and purpose. From a lively Mehndi with Gurdeep Mehndi to an electrifying Sangeet headlined by Vishal-Shekhar, the festivities were filled with beautiful, heartwarming moments.
The celebrations started on a great note with Gautam Adani’s announcement of a 10000 Crore donation for various social causes. A long-time advocate for people with disabilities, the Adani family also partnered with NGOs like Family of Disabled (FOD) and Kai Rassi to highlight their unique talents. Designer Manish Malhotra worked alongside FOD’s artisans to craft bespoke shawls for the couple, exemplifying the fusion of high fashion and social responsibility. At the same time, Chennai-based Kai Rassi helped with digital designs to complement the hand-painted artistry.
Several artisans from across India were engaged to contribute their expertise. Pictures show Jeet and Diva engaged in cheerful conversation with Prakash ji, a nail artist who skillfully designs bookmarks using his distinctive nail art method. You also see exquisite glass art crafted by Munna Ji and his daughter Nazmeen, a talented duo from Firozabad, as well as the vibrant stall of stunning bangles by Bibaji Churi Wala. Hand-painted glasses created by the Family of Disabled further enhance the wedding’s charm.
The evening nuptials unfolded in the presence of cherished friends and family. Videos and photos of the Jaimala ceremony show Diva adorned in an exquisite Sabyasachi lehenga, resplendent in the traditional Gujarati bridal palette of white and red, completing the look with a regal maroon dupatta. Jeet exudes sophistication in a cream sherwani as they exchange garlands beneath a dazzling display of fireworks.
Jeet graduated from the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences and launched his career as the group CFO, concentrating on strategy, risk management, and capital markets. He currently leads Adani Airports and Adani Digital Labs. Diva, the daughter of prominent diamond trader Jaimin Shah, is a co-owner of C. Dinesh and Co. Private Limited, a renowned diamond manufacturing firm.
