This terrific television twosome struck a stylish note at their wedding.
Cupid struck co-stars, Smriti Khanna and Gautam Gupta when they were working on in the TV show Meri Aashiqui Tumse Hi. They kept it professional throughout the serial’s run, however, once they’d wrapped up the final episode, Gautam wasted no time and proposed to the love of his life.

Earlier this year, the duo made it official and announced their impending wedding. Their wedding last week turned out to be one of the most talked about events in town. Here are the details from their star-studded nuptials that wrapped up with a glamorous reception at JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu.
The celebrations started with a haldi ceremony. To match the color scheme of the function, the bride wore a bright yellow suit and paired it with a fuchsia pink dupatta.
A fun-filled mehndi ceremony followed. Smriti wore a yellow lehenga woven with large golden motifs. She paired it with a striking blue blouse and some lovely floral jewellery. In a video uploaded by the star where she is dancing to the beats of the dhol along with her beau, it is apparent how much she is enjoying herself.
For the wedding, Smriti was seen in a powder pink lehenga covered in intricate golden work. Her selection of jewellery for this event was perfect; a maangtika, passa, kamarband, necklace and large earrings.
In accordance with the muted color palette, Gautam wore a pale blue sherwani complementing Smriti’s ensemble with a saafa in the same shade.

The duo’s reception at JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu was a glamorous affair with some of Bollywood’s most recognized names in attendance. Paparazzi got an eyeful of the likes of Shahid Kapoor, Mira Rajput, Dia Mirza, Mukesh Chhabra, Sussanne Khan, Karanvir Bohra and more. While celebrities from the film and television fraternities took to Instagram to wish the newlyweds, Smriti posted pictures of her and her groom in each of their striking looks. At the reception, she was resplendent in a red gown while Gautam looked dapper in black suit.
