Trishya Screwvala, daughter of media scion Ronnie Screwvala got married to sports presenter Suhail Chandhok in a star-studded ceremony in Mumbai
One of Chennai’s eligible bachelors’ and the most popular hosts in sports television, Suhail Chandhok married his ladylove Trishya Screwvala amidst much fanfare and aplomb. The lovely couple, who met at a Pro Kabaddi League match in 2016, realized that they connected at a deeper level and within a few months of courtship, decided to get married. While the wedding hosted at the Taj Mahal Hotel in Mumbai was a private affair, the grand reception held at the Turf Club at the Mahalaxmi Race Course had Bollywood A-listers such as Amitabh Bachchan, Katrina Kaif, Sonakshi Sinha, Karan Johar, Sidharth Roy Kapur with wife Vidya Balan, Alia Bhatt with Sidharth Malhotra, Madhuri Dixit Nene, Shahid Kapoor, Ashutosh Gowarikar, Aditya Roy Kapoor, Dia Mirza, Tabu,Rekha, Waheeda Rehman and noted industrialists such as Mukesh and Neeta Ambani, among others gracing their presence at the beautiful event.
The celebrations continued to a fun-filled after party at the luxurious sea-facing setting of the Vivanta by Taj Fisherman’s Cove in Chennai. The party had a special beach house theme with unlimited cocktails and dance performances that continued till the wee hours of the morning.
