Legendary American pop star Britney Spears took social media by storm as she announced her engagement to Iranian-born Sam Asghari, an actor and personal trainer whom she’s been dating for the past four years. Punctuating the announcement post on her Instagram page was a huge sparkler seated on her ring finger which the 39-year-old singer ecstatically flaunted.
Studded with a round brilliant cut 4-carat diamond, the ring which is estimated to cost around a whopping 70,000 dollars, and is designed by the talented jewelry designer Roman Malayev who is the founder and master jeweler at Forever Diamonds NY. Encircled by a platinum cathedral setting, the ring features a floating solitaire design with pave detailing on the bridge and smaller diamonds on the prongs. And to add to the ring’s uniqueness, Sam along with Roman also had the word ‘Lioness’ engraved on the inside of the band, a name he fondly uses for Britney.
