After 5 long years of dating, celebrity musicians Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton announced their engagement on October 27th 2020, drawing a collective sigh of “Finally” from their fans and friends. The couple, who met on the set of the hit reality show “The Voice”, broke the news with a charming post on Instagram, wearing trucker hats, with Gwen’s dazzling diamond on full display.
Blake, who reportedly sought permission from Gwen’s father before popping the question, had the ring custom made for his lady love. While the designer is yet to be disclosed it was quoted by Brilliant Earth’s Kathryn Money to be a classic, six-prong setting with a 6-carat solitaire diamond set in a white gold or platinum band, estimated at north of $ 500, 000.
