Actors Bipasha Basu and Karan Singh Grover tied the knot in a beautiful traditional Bengali wedding followed by a lavish reception at Mumbai’s St. Regis hotel. It doesn’t surprise us that the wedding cake of the two bollywood hearthrobs was monkey themed too. Designed by Bunty Mahajan, the Le Cordon Bleu trained chef of Deliciae Patisserie, a premium cake & pastry shop in Mumbai, the 4-tier Chocolate Strawberry cake was made in pearl finish decorated with edible, elegant lace and pink-hued sugar paste roses. The third tier had quilting details and the cake topper was but of course a monkey couple.
