Actress Vanessa Williams tied the knot with fiance Jim Skrip in an elegant Fourth of July wedding in front of friends and family. The lavish yet intimate Egyptian-themed wedding in Buffalo had a four-tiered, square wedding cake matched the bride’s shimmering dress as part of the reception’s Egyptian-themed décor. Created by Muscoreil’s Fine Desserts in Buffalo, N.Y., the inside consisted of double dark chocolate with a layer of ganache, chocolate chantilly cream and fresh strawberries. There were two dozen gold crowned cupcakes and individually piped cookie hearts for the reception as well.
