Aayush and his groomsmen get a stylish makeover by Manyavar

Chic, elegant and beautifully put together, brides often steal the limelight on the big day – so the groom, no less a star at his own wedding, should ideally complement his perfect bride. And that’s exactly what WeddingSutra had in mind for this groom and his groomsmen at an exclusive makeover session at Hyatt Regency Mumbai.
Styling, makeovers and a chance to showcase the top looks of this wedding season from Manyavar‘s latest collection were highlights of this fun experience. We also invited the bride-to-be Raashi to give the day a ‘real wedding’ vibe. The groom and his squad received some expert hair styling and skincare tips from WeddingSutra Favorite Minee Khanna.
The day began with relaxed pampering at the hotel’s luxurious suite, and then it was time to don the trendy ensembles from Manyavar’s latest collection comprising elegant kurtas and jackets. The boys were captured in their candid best by wedding photographer Parag Gopale as is evident from the pictures!
It was a boys’ day out for Aayush and his gang of groomsmen – Ratiksh, Bhaven, Aman, Rahul and Harsh – as they got all styled up and had their own moment in the spotlight. With the luxurious environs of the Hyatt Regency Mumbai as the backdrop, Parag Gopale coaxed the boys out of their self-consciousness into candid camaraderie on the lush, sprawling lawns.

Groom Aayush Thakker
For groom Aayush Thakker, the inspiration behind his makeover was to make him look effortlessly stylish. He exuded a ‘Modern Maharaja’ charm in his stylish sherwani with the touch of golden sequin work from Manyavar. Aayush shares, “Kudos to team WeddingSutra for decking me up as the groom. My groomsmen and fiancé enjoyed every bit of this experience and felt so involved in the process of us, and are now more excited about our upcoming wedding.”

Bride Raashi Seth
Raashi looked picture-perfect in her royal blue lehenga with golden embellishments. She brought the look together with a satlada haar (seven layered necklace) and studded jumkas and kadas by Mohey by Manyavar. Makeup Minee Khanna accentuated her beautiful features with just a touch of blush and matte lipstick to complete this lovely bridal look.

Aman Sanghvi
Rahul chose a gold textured jacket with a cotton silk kurta and churidar by Manyavar. The rich jacket with its maroon buttons and eye-catching collar, alongside traditional ‘mojris’ (ethnic shoes) all work together and are perfect for a semi-formal event.

Bhaven Shah
Bhaven chose a yellow cotton kurta with a traditional jacket and a cotton silk salwar. This look is perfect for outdoor or evening soirees. One of the highlights of this trendy Manyavar ensemble is its comfortable fit that does not compromise on the style quotient.
Rahul Arora
Aman opted for an Indo-Western vibe with an exquisitely embroidered jacket that was paired with a cotton silk kurta and churidar by Manyavar. This silhouette is a little more dapper and will make a groomsman stand out at a wedding or cocktail reception.

Ratiksh Gupta
Ratiksh’s elegant jacket paired with an off-white kurta salwar worked well with his physique. It takes a certain confidence to carry off those cuff sleeves that matched the design of the jacket, but Ratiksh managed to carry off the entire Manyavar ensemble with poise.
Harsh Seth
Harsh looked princely in a stylish jacket paired with a mustard kurta and a black salwar by Manyavar that added an element of interest to the ensemble. Harsh completed his dapper look with a charming smile and stylish confidence.
The groom squad then posed in their color coordinated and comfortable ink blue kurtas and bandhis by Manyavar as they spent time with the groom and bride.
