About Reels and Frames:

Anand’s passion in photography started when he was doing his MBA in New York. He bought his first camera back then and started capturing landscapes in the US. He shares, “I was in New York pursuing my MBA when I decided to purchase a camera to send some pictures to folks back home. I was instantly hooked, so much so that I use to read about photography almost four to five hours a day – to put things in perspective, my MBA reading time was three hours!.”

Upon returning to India, he pursed photography while working in the finance industry. A friend handed him a camera to capture a wedding and soon news of his fantastic skills and artistic eye spread. As a result, he was soon swamped with professional projects and decided to take a leap of faith and make his passion a full-time profession.

Anand says his signature style is ‘environmental pictures’ where ‘travel meets portraiture’ when it comes to wedding shoots. Probably this is what sets Anand Rathi from Reels & Frames apart from others in the industry.
