Shutterdown is a Delhi based collective of one of the top candid wedding photographers of the country founded by Lakshya Chawla. Their signature quirky style and breathtaking composition of colors makes them the favorite wedding photography company amongst many in the industry.

Lakshya shares, “I have been passionate about photography since college. In 2012, I shot my sister’s wedding for which I received a lot of appreciation. Friends started asking me to shoot their weddings and gradually people started recognizing my work. During my MBA, I formed ShutterDown and started recruiting, and this is how I ventured into photography. It’s been five years now since I entered this profession! As far as my style is concerned, I like to keep it contemporary and natural. We are a bunch of people who love to add fun, quirkiness and lots of colors to our pictures. Delhi, Goa, Udaipur, Thailand, Dubai, Tanzania, Bali, Sharjah are few cities and countries where we have majorly worked in. I love most of the wedding functions, but Haldi and bridal portraits are two parts of the wedding that I look forward to every time I shoot.”
