An energetic, fast-paced film that celebrates the sheer fun and joy that one feels at a destination wedding surrounded by loved ones, this film shot by WeddingSutra – Studio 146 is truly engaging while being heartwarmingly romantic.
Starting off with a drone shot of the venue that showcases the scale of Anushka and Kushagrah’s wedding, this film engages the viewer from the first frame itself. Following this are snippets of the decor that add a dash of color and build up the anticipation of the wedding. Stylized, portrait shots along with candid shots of the bride and groom feature in between the decor snippets, which in turn, gives one a glimpse into the loving relationship they both share. Knowing that friendly banter, shenanigans, music and laughter are the crucial ingredients of an Indian wedding, the videographers artistically capture dynamic moments where both the families are seen having a gala time. From the Phoolon ki Holi at the Haldi to the ultra-glamorous Sangeet, nothing is left out as each moment of ardent revelry is documented with careful finesse.
In the second half, the tempo rises several notches as fun-filled and romantic snippets are shown of the couple sharing adorable glances, their families taking the Sangeet stage by storm and elders letting their hair down as they sportingly sing their favorite tracks on the mic. Moreover, drone shots aptly highlight the grandeur of the Sangeet and the colorful revelries that are so quintessentially Gujarati!
Moving on to the wedding, things take a more romantic turn as soothing background music gives the viewer a taste of what’s to come. Behind-the-scenes shots of the bride and groom getting ready build up to the lively baraat which leads to a romantic couple entry. Closing the film is a fast-paced montage of all the previous events and an adorable drone shot of Anushka and Kushagrah’s families together.
