Nazuk and Vaibhav, The Al Bustan Palace, Muscat, Oman

Explore the romance and rhythms of Nazuk and Vaibhav’s nuptials with their wedding video shot by Ramit Batra at Oman’s Al Bustan Palace hotel

From the stunning opening frames of their wedding video to the elegant, emotional end, Nazuk and Vaibhav’s wedding video was a true representation of all that makes up a grand Indian wedding – style, substance and lots of swaying to peppy dance numbers.

Vaibhav surprised Nazuk with a special proposal in New Delhi, and she said “Yes!”. A few days later, the couple planned a lavish wedding which their family and friends would remember for a lifetime.

They chose the stunning Al Bustan Palace hotel in Muscat, Oman. Surrounded by the azure sea and majestic Hajar mountains with dramatic landscapes, the luxurious venue offered everything that Vaibhav and Nazuk wanted.

Cinematographer Ramit Batra captured every nuance of the beautiful nuptials in his wedding film that showcased Vaibhav and Nazuk’s romance and the ravishing environs of the regal Al Bustan Palace. The skilful edits create a compelling narrative of this lavish wedding, switching from intimate shots to wide-angle captures as the festivities get underway. From the languid, drone shots at the start of the video which capture the sprawling hotel in all its splendor and the romantic cruise of the couple on the brilliant blue seas to the faster-paced collage of the various events, stand up-style speeches of the best men to a foot-thumping background number for the stage and dance performances, the video incorporates a variety of moods and memories. With the mood and merrymaking vibe of a fun musical, Nazuk and Vaibhav’s wedding video is all about romance, rhythm and remarkable cinematography.
