Sicily’s Tony LoCoco is a Michelin starred chef and known for his skill at both traditional Italian flavours and inspired inventiveness. For the wedding, he created an Italian street food menu that included a gourmet popcorn stand and exclusive Indian street food stations.
A gracious dining area was set up in the garden while Maurro Uliassi, a two-starred Michelin chef, created a deli-style menu at a live station.
