Wedding Venue
Nestled amidst the serene Aravalli hills, Taj Aravali Resort & Spa, Udaipur, offered the perfect canvas for Mudit and Prinjal’s destination wedding. Its seamless blend of Rajasthani heritage and contemporary luxury provided an idyllic setting for each celebration, from the sun-drenched outdoor soirees to the grand temple-style pheras under starlit skies. With lush landscapes, architectural charm, and impeccable service, the venue not only elevated the guest experience but also echoed the couple’s desire for a celebration that was both regal and deeply personal.

Wedding Planning
Planned to perfection by Dark Horse Events, Mudit and Prinjal’s destination wedding was a celebration of individuality and imagination. “Coming from families where celebrations are a tradition, the couple wanted each event to feel fresh, immersive, and distinctly different,” share Priyanshi and Anubhav of Dark Horse Events. From a whimsical Spring Dior-themed Carnival to a dazzling Galaxy-inspired Sangeet, every function told a unique story. The next day unfolded with an ethereal White Wedding followed by a majestic Traditional Pheras, blending grandeur with sentiment.
Shubhi Agrawal and Amit Chopra of Artisanal Wedding Co. shares, “Designing Mudit and Prinjal’s wedding décor was a journey woven with romance and imagination. From her love for the moon and stars to his dream of a fairytale celebration, we brought their vision to life against the regal backdrop of Taj Aravali, Udaipur. Watching their love reflect through every detail was truly magical.” She adds, “Each event was thoughtfully crafted—whether it was the celestial charm of the Sangeet or the soft elegance of the White Wedding—to create moments that felt personal, immersive, and unforgettable.” The couple’s wedding invitations were designed to perfection by WeddingSutra Favorite – Mubaarak Studio, who keenly understood the couple’s personalities and echoed them in their designs.

Wedding Functions
Sangeet
Inspired by Prinjal’s love for the cosmos, the Sangeet evening was aptly titled ‘Space Odyssey’—a night where fantasy met finesse. A stunning moon installation formed the centrepiece of the décor, casting a silvery glow over the venue, while glistening chandeliers and deep-hued floral arrangements created a dreamscape bathed in celestial blues and purples. The evening unfolded with dramatic dance entries, high-octane performances, and a spectacular set design featuring planetary elements and galactic visuals.

Carnival
The carnival celebration was a kaleidoscope of colour, rhythm, and joy. Set beneath a whimsical canopy of pastel swirls, Mudit and Prinjal’s playful personalities came alive as they danced their hearts out amidst a flurry of petals. “We wanted to reimagine the idea of a daytime celebration with a soft, romantic palette and elements that brought out the couple’s fun-loving spirit,” shares Shubhi Agrawal and Amit Chopra of Artisanal Wedding Co. The décor featured vibrant floral installations, pops of pink and peach, and cheerful photo spots.

Engagement
The engagement ceremony unfolded like a modern-day fairytale, set against a spellbinding all-white wedding backdrop. Surrounded by Grecian pillars, lush tropical greens, and delicate ivory florals, the open-air venue shimmered under the afternoon sun.

Wedding
The wedding ceremony was a majestic culmination of tradition and grandeur. Set against the awe-inspiring backdrop of a custom-built, temple-inspired mandap, the pheras unfolded on a 100-foot stage adorned with intricate carvings, floral garlands, and a warm ivory palette kissed by candlelight and rose accents. Sharing her thoughts, Shubhi Agrawal and Amit Chopra of Artisanal Wedding Co. says, “For the pheras, which are the soul of Indian weddings, we wanted to create something deeply rooted yet visually striking. Despite the tight timeline, our team completed the full installation in just 8 hours—a true reflection of our passion and precision.”
