Saibani Sahni and Mohit Chowdhry’s vibrant Dubai wedding was as dazzling as it was endearing! Brimming with charming details from their lives, the revelries were planned and executed to perfection by Shaadi Casa.

How They Met
Saibani and Mohit first crossed paths while studying in the same University. They connected over endless common passions and interests, including a love of beaches that played a big part in their relationship by being the location of their first date to the venue for the proposal.

Wedding Planning
The couple wanted their wedding to tell their story, and the team of Shaadi Casa conceptualized and executed a unique, bespoke celebration woven with adorable details from their lives to make it truly unforgettable. After some back and forth over deciding the venue due to the Pandemic, the stunning locations of Caesars Palace and W Dubai- The Palm were finalized as the ideal setting for their modern, glamorous wedding.

Talking about their experience with Shaadi Casa, the couple shares, “It was wonderful. Every one of our 4 functions were well coordinated and executed by the Shaadi Casa team. priyanka & chandni ensured regular meetings to help us finalize all the vendors and had everything sorted according to schedule. She also helped us get various last-minute vendors on board. We felt like we were working with family as Priyanka & chandni made communication so easy and comfortable and was always available to discuss any details at all times.”

Wedding Functions
Mehndi
The festivities kicked off with a tropical Candyland themed Mehndi, brimming with colorful decor, fun elements and lively revelries. Emblazoned coconuts, flamingoes, bright flowers and eclectic tribal accents added an exotic feel to the occasion. The groom’s quirky teal jacket ensemble with bright yellow embroidery perfectly complemented the bride’s radiant yellow lehenga.

Sangeet
The glamorous Sangeet night was tailored with quirky details from the couple’s college love story for a psychedelic academia themed party, the likes of which has never been seen before. Neon hues, heart caricature elements, books and more, added fun details to the night, including a statement heart shaped entry passage. The couple exchanged rings that arrived in hollow books customized with their story, making for a memorable experience. The night saw lively music and dance performances that had everyone reveling in high spirits.

Wedding
The wedding was held as per the bride’s Sikh customs, with a traditional ceremony planned in delicate pastel hues, setting a tone of tranquility for the occasion. The bride made heads turn with a stunning red lehenga for the occasion, while the groom chose an elegant ivory sherwani. The ceremony was full of tender, emotional moments, one of the most special being when the wedding planner Priyanka of Shaadi Casa went above and beyond and stepped in for the bride’s sister for the ceremony, since she could not attend amidst the Pandemic.

Reception
The festivities came to a dazzling end with the Reception dinner. A glittering tunnel of fairy lights led to the grand hall, decked with stunning golden decor, champagne towers, a canopy of transparent balloons, a magnificent stage and more.
