A grand wedding that looked right at home surrounded by the beauty of Ras Al-Kahimah, Simran and Siddhant tied the knot in style! Designed by WeddingSutra Favorite – Vivaah Celebrations, the celebration left nothing to the imagination with its glamour and unique themes.
Wedding Planning
With the pristine beaches of Ras Al Khaimah lending a beautiful backdrop for the wedding – the couple chose Vivaah Celebrations who left nothing to chance to make this union breathtaking. Inspired by the natural beauty of the venue, the team crafted a design story that fit in seamlessly with the surroundings. Be it the flamingo-themed mehndi or the serene beachside acrylic mandap, all events were carefully curated to look right at home by the foamy waves!
Wedding Functions
Mehendi
Kicking off the celebration with a fun-filled mehndi by the pool, the couple had a gala time as they interacted with their guests freely. Flaunting a flamingo theme with life-size installations of flamingos strategically placed along with a live band and tropical dancers.
Sangeet
Amping up the glam levels was the Moroccan-themed sangeet. Decorated with gold sequins, Moroccan lamps and berrads (Moroccan teapots) – the venue combined the perfect amount of elegance and mystical glam. Apart from the family’s energetic performances, the stage was also graced by live performers who had everyone shaking a leg!
Haldi
Hosted outdoors by the pool under the bright sunshine, the haldi allowed everyone to let their hair down and be at their playful best. Garlands of marigolds, yellow drapes and individual brass urlis seatings for the couple completed the decor.
Wedding
Hosted by the pristine beach, the couple’s wedding mandap was a majestic one. An acrylic structure decorated with pink and white blooms – the mandap cut a striking contrast against the bright blue sky. A white floral aisle and matching, delicate acrylic chairs added to the beauty of the wedding. And, making the occasion sweeter was a Ladurée dessert cart that had the guests reaching for second helpings.
Afterparty
For their afterparty, the couple moved indoors at Levant and Nar where they celebrated their first party as newlyweds with music, wine and dancing. With a saxophonist, fire dancers and local belly dancers entertaining the guests, the dancefloor brimmed with energetic dance moves!
