How They Met
Tanvi and Ahaan’s journey began in the most understated of ways, that is, within the structured rhythms of the workplace, where Ahaan was Tanvi’s senior. “Our conversations were always brief, task-oriented, and very professional,” Tanvi shares. “But everything changed when we met outside of work in 2023. That was the first time we really ‘saw’ each other.” What followed was an organic unfolding, from five-minute updates to hour-long conversations that wandered through their dreams, philosophies, and vulnerabilities. “It felt so effortless, like we had always known each other,” she reflects.
Wedding Venue
Set against the Arabian Sea, Taj Lands End, Mumbai, became the canvas for their dream wedding. “We always knew we wanted a venue that brought the city and the sea together,” says Ahaan. “Taj Lands End gave us that perfect balance of grandeur and intimacy.” From gourmet cuisine that earned endless compliments to the hotel’s flawless service and warmth, every detail was executed with quiet finesse. “Our guests still rave about the food!” Tanvi smiles. “The hospitality was impeccable; it truly felt like a five-star experience wrapped in heartfelt care.”
Wedding Planning
The couple entrusted their vision to F5 Weddings, who worked tirelessly for ten months to bring their wedding, to be hosted in March, to life. “They were more than just our planners; they anchored us through the chaos,” says Tanvi. “They anticipated our needs before we voiced them, and handled everything with grace and precision. From managing logistics to offering emotional support, the planning team was instrumental in transforming our ideas into a seamless and soulful celebration. There wasn’t a single detail that went unnoticed,” adds Ahaan.
Wedding Functions
Haldi
Their Haldi ceremony was a joyful, sun-drenched celebration. “We wanted it to feel vibrant and unfiltered, and that’s exactly how it turned out,” Tanvi says. With bursts of yellow blooms, spirited dancing, and cheerful games, the event was a perfect prelude to the days ahead.
Sangeet
Set under a canopy of lights, it was an evening brimming with spectacular performances, heartfelt speeches, and an electrifying artist set. “Watching our families perform for us was overwhelming in the best way,” says Tanvi. “And the after-party? Let’s just say we danced till we couldn’t feel our feet!”
Tilak
The couple shares, “The Tilak ceremony was a heartfelt and serene morning, filled with blessings and love. It was such a meaningful moment as all our family came together for mantras, creating a sense of connection and setting the tone for the beautiful days ahead.”
Wedding
With the setting sun painting the sky in pastels, Tanvi and Ahaan tied the knot beneath a stunning mandap that mirrored the serenity of the sea. The rituals were deeply personal, with the priests offering meaningful guidance on marriage. “Every mantra, every vow felt like a promise we truly understood,” Tanvi adds. Their union, surrounded by the embrace of loved ones and nature, was nothing short of magical.
