Wedding Planning
Himanshu Kothari and Akansh B Jain from Weddingz By Mindz share, “The wedding was planned with a variety of meetings physically and virtually as the bride wasn’t in Chennai. However, after many discussions and brainstorming sessions, the decor and artists were finalized with the help of the couple’s families.”

Wedding Functions
Bridal Mehendi
Himanshu shares, “The bridal mehndi was an intimate affair with just the close families and friends. Post the ladies getting their palms patterned with henna, they grooved to their favorite tunes!”

Haldi
Akansh shares, “The yellow-hued haldi was equipped with a photo-op where everyone had a gala time. As the bride and groom’s individual haldi rituals were wrapped up, the couple and their loved ones enjoyed a flower shower. This was the highlight of the events as everyone made the most of their time and were at their playful best!”

Sangeet
Sangeet, as usual, raised the glamor bar higher! Himanshu recollects, “For the sangeet, the guests were greeted with a stunning entrance passage. The couple made a dancing entry with their friends in tow. And, after everyone was awed by their moves, the to-be-weds went on to popping champagne, filling a glass tower with the bubbly drink and a cake-cutting ceremony. Next in line were the performances of the family which had everyone cheering on!”

Mehendi
Keeping the bride’s love for pink in mind, the mehndi was swathed in hues of pink! Akansh shares, “The bride was very specific on how she wanted the event to look. Hence, we took a cue from her ideas and amplified them. Right from the entrance, the main stage, the seating gazebos to the ceiling, everything was ‘gulabi’ as we called it! Once the ladies got henna patterned on their hands, there was no stopping them as they grooved to the beats of a live band.”

Wedding
Himanshu shares, “The wedding festivities started off on an energetic note as the groom entered with a new-age baraat with a DJ and dhol! After the groom’s welcome, a raised platform next to the mandap hosted the varmala and gave everyone a clear view of the picture-perfect moment. While the groom made his entry holding a quirky placard, the bride walked down the aisle gracefully under a phoolon ki chaddar. Floral setups dominated the decor with the mandap being decked up with a combination of floral installations and acrylic pillars.”

With an interactive backdrop and meticulous attention to detail, this event ensured the festivities ended on a high note.
