How They Met
Born just two days apart, Anisha and Didar are truly a match made in heaven. Both working for their family businesses, the Bangkok-based Namdhari Sikh couple first crossed paths at a family dinner of some mutual relatives and were instantly smitten with each other. After a year of dating, Didar popped the question with a stunning Bangkok rooftop proposal, and then there was no looking back.

Wedding Planning
Owned by the groom’s family, Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit, A Luxury Collection Hotel located in the heart of the bustling capital city was the obvious choice for the sumptuous wedding festivities. Keeping the couple’s visions for each of the functions in mind, Shanaya Celebrations planned and executed the revelries to perfection.
Koro Films captured the special moments against the vibrant landscapes of Thailand.

Anand Karaj
The nuptials were held in typical Namdhari Sikh tradition at Namdhari Gurdwara Asoke, Bangkok, a ceremony where both the bride and groom walk around the fire four times while holy marriage prayers are read from Guru Granth Sahib. True to tradition, they wore simple, customary attire in pristine white and the decor for the altar was kept pretty and elegant with fresh flowers.
