Kaveesh and Aradhana’s wedding celebrations were spread over three days in one of the most dazzling cities in the world – Dubai, UAE. They picked the iconic Burj Al Arab hotel and Madinat Jumeirah Resort as their venues for their nuptials. Here are some highlights of their extravagant and elegant wedding.
Wedding Venue
Two Jumeirah properties and a yacht were locations handpicked by Kaveesh and Aradhna for their wedding in Dubai. The couple kicked off the celebrations with a fun-filled sangeet on the turquoise waters on a boat from Xclusive Yachts, as glided on the Persian Gulf. They hosted their sangeet at iconic Burj Al Arab Jumeirah and their reception at the lavish Madinat Jumeirah Resort. With Luxurious amenities, top-notch service, both these venues served as ideal locations for their grand extravaganza. Luxurious amenities, top-notch service, and picture-perfect views all added to the lavish essence of this wedding and made it a memorable occasion for the guests.
Wedding Functions
Sangeet
A beautifully decorated boat was the venue for Aradhna and Kaveesh’s rocking sangeet. While twinkling fairy lights adorned the ceiling of the spacious vessel, red and white drapes fixed from the boat’s roof added vibrancy to the decor. The evening was filled with performances by their loved ones, and the couple’s siblings came together to share cherished memories of their brother and sister with the gathering. Aradhna wore a light blue lehenga and swept her hair into a loose braid that she finished by adding wisps of baby’s breath. Kaveesh opted for a peach achkan with floral motifs.
Wedding
The wedding was held at the Burj Al Arab Jumeirah’s Al Falak Ballroom that is designed in the style of an 18th-century Viennese opera house. Ardhana entered the two-tiered ballroom with her brother by her side. She did not walk under the typical ‘phoolon ka chaadar’ (floral canopy); instead, she replaced the standard canopy with an umbrella decorated with beautiful blooms which gave it an interesting touch. The team of EventChic Designs did an impressive job in enhancing the overall decor with exciting elements. Aradhna wore an orange lehenga, and Kaveesh complemented her perfectly in his beige and gold sherwani.
Reception
Green was a key feature of their reception at Madinat Jumeirah Resort, from the fresh greens that were suspended from the ceiling to Aradhna’s green gown with intricate floral work and shimmering sequins. The dance floor was set up in the center of the hall. Copper elements added shine and glitz to the reception decor along with large mirrors and frames. Kaveesh wore a black tuxedo that he paired with a smart bowtie.
