Gazzal shares, “We chose the Taj West End as the venue as it’s nestled between trees and history which was perfect for us! We wanted the decor to simply compliment the venue and not overshadow it. Plus, the sheer beauty of the property coupled with its luxurious rooms and immensely helpful staff sealed the deal for us!”
Wedding Planning
Gushing about the planning team, the bride shares, “We were looking for a simple wedding and the idea was to have a fun celebration with our families and friends. We kept the guest list extremely short and celebrated with our near and dear ones. There was just one request, which Best Day Ever by Dipika Shetty ensured was followed – to keep everything simple and honest. We tried to keep any kind of wastage to the bare minimum. Also, for wedding favours we chose books – the idea was for our guests to have a good read on their journey back home. Overall, the planning team did a fantastic job and thanks to their expertise, we were able to enjoy every bit of the wedding!”

Mehndi
Swathed in a profusion of bright colours that stood out beautifully against the lush foliage, the mehndi featured colourful garlands and a pink seating area where the bride got henna patterned on her palms. With the sunlight pouring over them, the guests had a great time mingling freely and enjoying delicious treats.
Wedding
With an earthy mandap crafted out of wooden logs and adorned with red flowers, the couple’s Punjabi wedding was in sync with the greenery of the venue. Accentuated by woven cane baskets and brass bells, the wedding exuded a sense of serenity and playfulness.
