Ishita and Adhirath knew that there was something brewing between them from the first moment they crossed paths. However, when love finally blossomed for this fun-loving duo, they didn’t waste any time in tying the knot! Photographed by WeddingSutra Favorite – Colorblind Production who used their immaculate skills to capture the vivacious personality of the couple, this wedding was a cheery affair, to say the least. Planned and decorated by WeddingSutra Favorite – Marigold by Minal, each event went ahead smoothly ensuring that the couple had the time of their lives while they tied the knot.

How They Met
Ishita shares, “When we first met, I was rather tipsy. But I remember that from the moment I started talking to him, it was so much fun and the conversation flowed smoothly between us. Over time, I was blown away by how affectionate he was, and it took me off guard.”

Wedding Planning
One the planning and decor front, the duo chose Marigold by Minal to lead at the helm and were absolutely thrilled with the results. Sharing her creative process and vision behind each event, Minal Bhatnagar from Marigold by Minal says, “The couple kickstarted their wedding festivities with a small sit down dinner which was very elegant. The decor theme followed a rustic route with wooden tables and logs paired with lush foliage and berry hues.

The second event was an engagement dinner at Amaara farms and the theme followed here was whimsical. The decor exuded 80’s vintage vibes and included Edison bulbs, disco balls along, and a tunnel outdoors that was almost 100 feet long and created using fairy lights.

For the mehndi, the duo chose the bride’s residence and the vision was to have a very organically put together lunch. So decor-wise, it was kept light with delicate baby’s breath, diyas, and several other interesting centerpieces.

Finally, for the wedding, we orchestrated a decor that embodied the spirit of a wintery morning with peaches, pink, rose gold hues. Wooden logs and runners were also used on the tables to lend a rustic vibe to the big day. Even the furniture followed the same theme with cross back wooden chairs that the guests lounged in.
