Back in India, a coordinator ensured everything flowed smoothly across borders—bridging teams, managing timelines, and turning complexities into comfort. The Emirates Palace, Abu Dhabi, with its 394 opulent rooms, served as a luxurious home for the guests, where traditional hospitality met world-class standards. From personalised check-ins to bespoke room amenities, Saara and Anand have completely set the tone for an unforgettable celebration. At the heart of this multi-layered celebration stood Studio Eventz, the curators of magic and the calm behind the creative storm. From concept to execution, they were the invisible thread weaving the events into one cohesive, spectacular experience.

Welcome
The festivities began with a spellbinding evening titled Shaam-e-Habibi. Set against the serene beachfront of Emirates Palace, Abu Dhabi guests were ushered into a traditional Arabian bazaar complete with souks, oud fragrances, and soft sand underfoot.
A cultural tapestry of Afro beats, belly dancing, falconry, and live fire performances cast a golden glow on the evening. Under starry skies and canopies, Mediterranean cuisine delighted the senses.

Haldi
Bright skies welcomed guests to the next chapter—’ Pop-Up Pyaar’, a vibrant daytime Haldi celebration by the palace pool. The space transformed into a life-sized carnival with pop art installations, engraved coconuts, floating mermaids, and bursts of color.

Sangeet
As the sun dipped, glamour rose with Noor-e-Groove. The ballroom became a concert-style dream, awash in black, gold, and shimmer. From crystal chandeliers to 3D light projections, every inch was curated for drama and dazzle.
Manj Musik’s electrifying performance had the crowd on its feet, while Anchor Junaid’s live interviews and the couple’s red-carpet-style entry sealed the night with showbiz flair. Wedding
The final day unfolded with quiet elegance. As dusk embraced the Emirates Palace, Abu Dhabi’s ‘Pearl of Eternity’ came to life. The baraat was a celebration of rhythm and joy, culminating in a mandap that resembled a celestial garden—ivory blooms, mirrored floors, candle-lit mist, and starlit vows across the beach of Emirates Palace. The planning team brought serenity to this emotional finale, balancing symbolism, aesthetics, and timing to perfection. Guests watched with teary eyes as vows were exchanged in an atmosphere straight out of a dream.
