Maneet and Prabhjot, Ranthambhore
This bride wore a multicolored mehndi lehenga that she accessorized with delicate floral jewelry making a fun and colorful statement.
Nestled amidst regal luxury and lush greenery, Maneet Kaur and Prabhjot Singh Chandi’s wedding was a perfect reflection of their rich Sikh culture. Photographed by WeddingSutra Favorite – Happyframes who didn’t let a single happy moment escape their lens, this wedding was a vibrant celebration filled with playful as well as emotional moments.
How They Met
Prabhjot shares, “Our meeting was set up by my sister, and Maneet was the first girl I officially met and the same is the case for her! The meeting was held at the most pious of all places, the Gurudwara where Maneet was accompanied by her uncle. Although Maneet and I had previously spoken on the phone, I was blown away by her beauty and charm when we met personally. Soon, the time came for us to bid goodbye to each other and we both knew that there was something special brewing between us.”
Capturing the essence of a wedding is never an easy task. But with Happyframes photographing their nuptials, each moment was captured in the most stunning frames that left the couple simply spellbound. Describing their experience with the photography team, the couple shares, “Team Happyframes was very cooperative. They were with us at every step of the way as they captured heartwarming moments from our nuptials. We loved their work and are so thankful that they were a part of our wedding squad.”
Explaining why they chose the stunning venue, Prabhjot shares, “Nahargarh Ranthambhore is one of its kind as it exudes so much heritage and royalty. However, before we could finalize it, we made multiple visits there to figure every detail out. It was, honestly, love at first sight! The property has a larger-than-life feel to it with each venue inside it emanating an aura of finesse and magnificence. And, I’m happy to say that it did complete justice to our vision!”
Equipped with a colossal stage on which the couple declared their love for each other, the engagement was hosted under the star-studded sky. Decorated with white blooms and punctuated by the beats of the dhol, the evening had everyone shaking a leg with the newly engaged couple. Looking dapper in a tuxedo Prabhjot serenaded Maneet who looked radiant in a pink gown.
Packed with vivid colors that dazzled brightly under the sun, the mehndi was hosted under a light green canopy. With multicolored dreamcatchers and tassels hanging from the ceiling the event was replete with cheery vibes as everyone danced to the beats of the Dhol and playfully hoisted the happy groom on their shoulders.
An intimate yet joyful ceremony where the bride was slathered with turmeric, the Haldi function had everyone at their boisterous best. Comfy in tracks, Maneet exchanged friendly banter with her loved ones while Prabhjot took the opportunity to show off some of his best bhangra moves!
Immersed in simplicity and tradition, Maneet and Prabhjot’s Sikh wedding ceremony was the epitome of serenity. The wedding looked straight out of a fairytale as the bride walked in sheltered under a delicate phoolon ki chadar. After the ceremony, the bride and groom celebrated their union in true Punjabi style as they danced the bhangra together.
Held amidst lush greenery and lit up by golden lights, the reception emanated soft glam with its luxurious decor. Brimming with foliage, blooms and vintage crystal chandeliers the entryway looked stunning as it led the guests to the palatial interiors.
