Priyanka Jose, a makeup artist and the daughter of politician Jose K. Mani married Kuruvilla Plackattu, a banker, in a wedding that was divine and a perfect embodiment of their culture while all the same expressing their modern tastes.

How They Met
Priyanka shares, “We started out as friends as we studied together in school. But soon, we became close and started dating.”

Wedding
In tandem with the tradition of the Syro-Malabar Catholic Church, the wedding was minimalistic with the altar decorated with pristine white blooms. Exchanging vows surrounded by family and friends, the couple glowed with happiness as they posed for the lenses as husband and wife.
Reception
Decorated with delicate white blooms, lush green foliage and wooden elements, the reception emanated elegance with its simple yet luxurious decor. Lit up by crystal chandeliers and furnished with long tables on which everyone feasted to their heart’s content, this event witnessed plenty of joyful moments as the couple celebrated the beginning of a new chapter in their lives.
