Shazia and Kamran first ‘met’ each other on Instagram where they instantly clicked, and over time, realized that there was something special brewing in between them. Photographed by WeddingSutra Favorite – VS Studio who used their expertise to capture each emotion and moment in evocative frames, this wedding was akin to a fairytale coming true. Here, the couple shares some highlights of the festivities.
How They Met
Kamran recollects, “Shazia and I first encountered each other virtually on Instagram where Shazia sent me a ‘Follow’ request. And after looking at her display pic, I was instantly fascinated and started following her. Ever since then, there has been no looking back for us.”
Wedding Planning
Knowing the intricacies of planning a wedding, the duo decided to rope in expert vendors such as VS Studio who impressed Kamran and Shazia with their photography skills and dedication. The couple shares, “Working with team VS Studios was absolutely amazing. From day one itself, they understood our vision and did a fabulous job at it. Everything has been captured perfectly and we’re thrilled with the results!”

“For the mehndi decor, we chose a vibrant and colorful vibe that exuded energy. Our decor team understood our vision and orchestrated a beautiful decor setup that matched our dreams.”
Nikkah
“Following the traditional route, our nikkah was a cheerful affair where we followed all the norms. The decor was swathed in white and red, and had a touch of luxury to with a profusion of blooms. All in all, the event was filled with plenty of dancing, friendly banter and emotional moments.” shares the couple.
Reception
“The theme of the reception was ‘Miracle Garden,’ and we had more elegant decor in our minds. Taking inspiration from Western designs, we chose a simple look that did not involve too many colors. Replete with white and green hues, the event looked almost like a fairytale and we couldn’t be happier.”
Advice For Couples
“A lot of people can get cold feet before the wedding keeping in mind the sheer volume of tasks. But at the same time, it’s important to remember that days like these come only once in your lifetime and must be cherished wholeheartedly.”
