Wedding Planning
The couple entrusted the planning of the wedding to the team of Event Soul. Wedding Functions
Sundowner
The festivities set off on a high with a sundowner event, where the couple welcomed their guests with a spectacle of fire! Fire dancers and bamboo dancers awed everyone with their skills, and fun games of limbo, etc. got everyone to mingle and have a blast. What took the cake however was the massive rope logo that was lit by the couple much to everyone’s amazement. The couple also shared heartfelt speeches that added a lovely personal touch to the occasion.
Sangeet
A profusion of red blooms greeted the guests at the entrance as they stepped into the Sangeet evening, a paradise of red and gold brimming with tropical luxury. A troupe of LED dancers accompanied the couple into the occasion and continued to delight the guests, while aerial artists handed out champagne for a truly wow experience. Emcee Vipul Roy had everyone in high spirits as they witnessed the beautiful ring exchange, and enjoyed a night of music and dancing.
Haldi
Hosted by the beach, the lively haldi function was bedecked with tropical exuberance. A backdrop of lush green foliage with pops of lemon and yellow flowers set a charming tone for the festivities, while the bride and groom were soaked in haldi and water amidst peals of laughter and delight from their loved ones.
Pool Party
What’s a Thailand wedding without some pool fun? With Emcee Vipul Roy and his witty jokes at the helm, the pool party saw a memorable medley of quirky decor, music, customized sippers, and games like Dunk Tank, Color Dart, and Tug of War.
Wedding
Hosted on the beach in the midst of a thunderstorm, the wedding was as spectacular as it was emotional. The groom’s entry on his vintage car set things off, complete with a ‘Bar on the Wheels’ to delight his baraati, while the bride brought everyone to tears with her beautiful entry with her parents. The soft decor palette of white and green set a serene ambiance for the sunset wedding, the highlight of which was the stunning ‘Tree of Life’ mandap. The couple exchanged vows to the musical sound of raindrops falling on the clear dome above their heads, making for a truly special memory.
The wedding was followed by a formal dinner where everyone celebrated the newlyweds and wished them the best for their new journey.
