With vintage Portuguese architecture providing a picturesque backdrop, this couple’s co-ordinated green and peach wedding outfits made a vivid splash.
Hosted in the forested terrain of Sintra, a town peppered with pastel-hued villas that often reminds one of the golden days, Swati and Roshan’s wedding was akin to a fairytale coming to life. From a boisterous sangeet to a breezy yet elegant reception, their nuptials merged traditional Indian elements with contemporary influences seamlessly.
Wedding Venue
For their sangeet, wedding, and reception, the couple chose the extremely scenic Penha Longa Resort which is famed for its impeccable hospitality and sumptuous views. However, for the later events, they chose Forte Da Cruze, a venue that left everyone spellbound with its heritage architecture.
Wedding Planning
Acknowledging the importance of having a reliable team to fall back on in order to execute a glitch-free wedding, the couple roped in renowned names from the industry. On the photography front, they chose L’atelier Lumiere International Photographie who stunned them with their skill and well-composed shots. Adding to the team were Pacific Pictures who captured each emotional moment with their skillful cinematography.
Makeup artist Susmita Patel from Style by Susmita, wedding planner Rose Events, decorator and co-ordinator Details Event Planning, wedding design consultant Vikram Panicker and DJ Shilpa completed the dream team.
Showing off her style chops, the bride took charge of her own outfits as she sourced them from her own company, Pleats and Petals.
