Mayuri and Ajinkya decided to soak in the golden glow of these two jewels of Europe and dedicate all 17 days of their honeymoon to these destinations.

Honeymoon Planning
“We didn’t want a commercial, pre-booked tour so Ajinkya planned the entire trip. We’d considered France and Istanbul but if two of the most romantic places on Earth – Santorini and Venice – are calling, it’s impossible to resist the lure.”
Honeymoon Highlights
“We wanted to just enjoy ourselves and take some time off from our busy schedules and chose to cover the picturesque destinations of Athens, Rome, Venice and Burano.
We stayed at the Andromeda Villas in Santorini. It’s a beautiful luxury hotel overlooking the caldera.
In Mykonos, we stayed at the Poseidon Hotel Suites located at the best spot in Mykonos city, by the sea. The view from the room was breathtaking. Unless you’re planning to spend all your time in the hotel, it makes sense to stay in the city center or ner the town. We explored different streets, places to eat and shopped from local markets. We also went on a short city tour exploring culture and history.
In Zakynthos, we stayed at the Kalamaki Beach Hotel.”
Best Meal of the Trip
“We had the best meal at Pandesia restaurant in Zakynthos! At the Al Gatto Nero in Burano we had the amazing prawn risotto and Burano style risotto.”
