Exciting activities and exquisite landscapes greeted Pari and Vineet when they landed in New Zealand for their adventure-filled honeymoon. From bungee jumps to exploring movie sets, they packed in a lot on their trip to the pristine country.
Honeymoon Planning
Pari and Vineet were undecided about their honeymoon destination at first. Greece and South Africa were considered, but they finally chose to visit New Zealand as it offered a wonderful mix of activities for adventure junkies. The couple wanted exhilarating thrills and beautiful landscapes and New Zealand offered both in equal measure.
Honeymoon Highlights
Pari shares, “The highlight of our New Zealand honeymoon was definitely the road trip we embarked on from North Island to South Island. We visited Auckland, Hokianga, Pahia, Rotorua, Coromondel, Queenstown, Franz Josef and Christ Church. In Queenstown, we stayed at the beautiful Hotel Mercure which offered spectacular views.”
“We enjoyed surfing the sand dunes of Cape Reinga and exploring Hobbiton, which offers amazing sets from movies such as The Lord Of The Rings and The Hobbit. We also went kayaking at Coromandel Beach and skydived from a height of 15,000 feet! The Couple Bungee Swing was thrilling, as was the Swing and Shotover Ride in Queenstown. One of our most exciting experiences was hiking for over two hours on the Franz Josef glacier.”
